Atrial Fibs

I had ectopics measured at about 600 per 24Hrs. I started taking Vit D(K2) and B supps and they disappeared i.e. over 5 min periods of checking wrist pulse) I had none. When I stopped supps for 1 month the ectopics started to come back. So at least I seem to keep them suppressed by taking supps.

Recently I noticed I am getting fast pulse rates which I think are called Atrial fibrillations. I get say 5 - 10 secs of double beats then it stops. Also I get this little 'flicker' feeling like something is there but the wrist beat seems OK OR perhaps there but a little weaker for a single beat.

Anyone experienced this?

PS I have already been to the Dr about ectopics so will go again if this persists.

Sounds like some sort of arythmia not necessarily afib. Def go see the Dr. There's a very good and active AF forum on health unlocked which I really recommend.
