Dizziness and nausea are signs of Ménière’s Disease. Best see your doctor.

Stopped gliclazide, and taking mebeverine which helps with nausea, its the foggyness/dizzyness at bridge of nose between my eyes, which causes loss of balance and have to lie down from 30 mins to all day, was tested for meniere's was told do not have it, Dr's say have to learn to live with it, so depressing
