Need some info on BIOTIN what is does and it is ok to take ?

Biotin makes hair and nails grow and stay stronger. It's okay to take just follow the directions of the bottle and you'll be fine

You are welcome and you can always ask the pharmacist in the store if there is one they can tell you what it does. It might and might not work for each person. You won't be able to tell until you try it for a whole month
