Stitch beads like granules 3 months after circumcision

I was circumcised 3 months ago, frenulum left intact. The stitches have healed completely and my penis is looking relatively normal. But I have stitch granules more like stitch beads at the back of my penis around the frenulum area. Is it normal? Will it ever disappear?? Anyone experienced anything similar??

Might be better to provide a picture as I can't really make out what you mean. But scaring make take months even years in some cases to fully disappear. It is rather individual.
