I can’t get the foreskin back onto covering the tip? What do I do?

wash gently or could get in the shower or bath and gently pull back over, if you cannot still due to swelling, and this happens regularly, would get a visit with your doctor who will be able to suggest the best plan for you

It's not clear what you mean, but if you have retracted a tight foreskin fully behind the glans and now cannot return it and you now have significant swelling/ballooning then this could be a medical emergency and you need to get to A&E immediately.

Hopefully this is not the case and you mean something else, like the foreskin is forward but just isn't covering the tip of the glans. This is completely normal and nothing to be concerned about.

If the foreskin is trapped behind the glans and you can't get it back, then it's called paraphimosis, which can be an emergency. See GSA1250's comment.

Better to have it removed
