They do look quite scary, I would have thought after 8 months mate, you should be fine
Skin bridges happen while the skin is mending and trying to attach itself to other nearby skin such as the incision line. Once the skin of incision area is mended and there is no seepage of fluids bridges are not going to form...hence like areas between your fingers or under your arm pit. Bridges occur when regular physical cleaning was not done to separate abnormal skin attachment when wound was still raw. You should be fine now
Skin bridges form when the circumcision wound comes into prolonged contact with a glans that is raw (almost exclusively from breaking the synechia [adhesions] of infancy).
If the surface of the glans is not raw then a skin bridge cannot form, even if the open wound of the circumcsion is in contact with it. They are virtually unknown following teen or adult circumcision.
Beware of the 'circumstitions' web site as that is run by the anti-circumcision activists and carries misleading stories/pictures to try to disuade folk from circumcisings (even when there is very clear medical need for it).
