I actually don’t know how I managed all these years without being circumcised, Pre circumcision my foreskin would get stuck half way down the head of my penis and was so tight I’d have to stop then I’d lose my erection, My girlfriend couldn’t go on top of me because it hurt and I’d freak out about it, It was literally just missionary.

2 years post here. Sex is better for me. I feel alot more. Before I would have to be at a certain angle stimulating the frenulum to orgasm through sex. Now it doesn't matter. One drawback is that I used to last alot longer before though. Masturbation with hands is not as fun anymore and I do it alot less. Pretty much prefer to use a fleshlight.

Did you find missionary easiest you didn't get any soreness entering or during sex ? Why dyou think that is ? I'm uncircumcised and 32 yers and in doubt whether to get circumcision or not. I'm having a lengthy foreskin and it irritates me.My worries are 1.whether I will loose sensations of my penis after the surgery?2.whether it will take a lot of time to heal? ,I have to get more leaves? 3.whether I can get it done under local anaesthesia 4. Some complains its impossible to get orgasm and other surgery related complications. 5.For how long I have to quit having sex.

I had it done privately at the Ridgeway in Swindon NHS waiting list is quite some time! Also in regards to your erection loss it’s definitely partially psychological as all I was thinking about was if my foreskin was going to get stuck and then I’d lose erections almost instantly which got me down so much! And I wonder whether the foreskin was so tight that it cut circulation? It’s quite the opposite now! Boners are so much better and I can last longer! Hope this helps

I foresaw the type of issues Charlie_251 had, and didn't proceed that far with my wife, and only did that after circumcision, as I had phimosis my whole life. Only figured out the phimosis issue after getting naughty with the wife (before she was my wife). Before, to actually have sex I would probably have to use a condom, or really lube up, with condom being the safer route for comfort and avoiding paraphimosis. I also ejaculated pretty fast when masturbating back then - I guess the skin always covering the glans somehow make it stimulated faster during masturbation.

After, the sex is good, I have no comparison for before. Sadly my wife never did oral on me before, so I have no comparison for that. I would say I got more sensitivity and feeling after, since I had phimosis and could never really expose my head before, and am able to last longer after. Masturbating is harder after, because I have to stimulate the penis differently, and because I last longer before I orgasm. I concur that a masturbation tool is better than by hand after circumcision, if not, by hand still works but you need to add some form of lube when I didn't have to before, as it gets rough w/o it and the lube helps with the stimulation you need. I've found you don't need real "lube" lube, though that will work better, but simply liquid body wash will be sufficient for jerking off in the shower.

You mention that you last longer before you orgasm now. Do you notice any changes in your orgasm? (Some say that, after you are circumcised, when you near the climax it tends to arrive suddenly and with less control.) A bit hard to describe or exactly compare, as I've always had phimosis before, so the comparison isn't as good compared to someone with normal foreskin behavior for before vs after.

But basically, the foreskin always covering my glans kept it stimulated too easy/fast, so that caused my to orgasm sooner. However, I never had penetrative sex before circumcision as my wife held out until marriage, by then I was already circumcised. So can't offer comparison there for before vs after with respect to thrusting and such.

What I can say is after now, the pleasure and sensitivity is from fast (and furious? but mainly fast) thrusting. If I thrust fast for extended duration, more likely to reach orgasm quickly and with not much control as it comes suddenly. To maintain control, I'd have to go slow/paced. Strong thrusting is fine, it is the fast thrusting that can be a problem for controlling climax. So I tend to try saving the fast thrusting towards the end. Sadly, wife enjoys the fast thrusting the most, so I can only give it to her for a short duration compared to slow thrusting. For pleasure, both types of thrusting is pleasurable, although fast thrusting provides slightly more pleasure, but climax happens so fast you don't get to enjoy it that much compared to taking it slow.

My boyfriend was circumcised at 23 but at least half of his glans was still covered. Having had a history of balanitis and wanting to be circumcised for aesthetic reasons; it was not the result he had hoped for. He was circumcised again at 29 (12 years ago) with good results. I didn't know him then but we've talked extensively about it and the following is what he's observed: He's much happier circumcised and the balanitis issues have resolved. He's had no loss of sensitivity and lasts longer sexually. He does use lubrication occasionally during times of heavy sexual activity if he becomes sore. He did miss the sensation of using foreskin to masturbate and found there was an adjustment period. Everyone is different, of course. I wish you well.

I'm female. He had it done at 23 due to a lifelong problem with balanitis and for aesthetics. As far as his glans still being covered; there were no complications during the procedure. Whether by choice or lack of skill; the doctor circumcised him that way much to his surprise.

Aesthetic reasons not my priority but if getting it I guess I'd rather get the most aesthetically pleasing look.and I'd say frenulum removed would look better.Also I'm thinking it eliminates any possible tight skin .
