I got circumcised and my frenulum is fixed by doing frenuplasty, its been six weeks and whenever I masturbate my frenulum becomes little red, I checked with the doctor and he said it is perfect and pain will go with time. I want to know if someone is sitting in the same boat as I. Thanks

I have to undergo this surgery due to medical conditions and believe me, initially it was very depressing and painful for me. It's been 8 weeks and I started testing it with masturbation and now I have to treat it with lot of lubrication, which is not the case earlier, but I am liking it.

The only issue is the remaining frenulum, but I checked with my doctor, and he said this is my natural frenulum which is prefect (it was connected to the tip of my penis due to which I am not able to pull my skin back and it pains during the intercourse but now it is fixed) and the pain in it will go away sooner and there is no need to remove it as this is the most sensual part of the penile system. I've started sex with condoms as per suggestion from my doctor. He said I can use it as long as I am not comfortable without it. So overall for me it's not an easy process but I hope I will enjoy the benefits which I was losing due to pain.

In my case its solely for pleasure and cosmetic reason, for why I got circumcised my 100% alright foreskin. So yeah, I'm enjoying it a lot. Anyway, now you're a part of the 33% circumcised men in this world, so instead of worrying, decide wether to keep regretting, or to grow back your skin. But yeah definitely no foreskin for me but you can go.

I don’t think I will regret and grow back my foreskin though, the only thing I am worrying is the pain while doing sex. I hope this will go as the wound heals fully. By the way have you removed your frenulum with circumcision?

The pain you're saying, I guess it might be, because of newly cut, will diminish soon. I had my frenulum removed in another separate surgery. Frenulum serves no purpose in circumcised men. I got cut at 21, then revision at 22( to tighten it as much as possible for 1000×'s intense orgasm), in between the first and second circumcision, I had my frenuloctomy.

I was circumcised in 2014 but finally had the frenulum removed this year.

Looking back I was daft not to have asked for frenulum removed in 2014.

I have a superb cosmetic outcome. I love being circumcised for so many reasons and you will discover that most women have this preference.

Is your frenulum is causing any issues during sex? Or its just cosmetic reason for the removal?

The 2014 circumcision left a triangular tag of remaining frenulum. I had it completely removed in July.

So I think if this is the case then I may have to go for the removal of it sooner or later.
