I think I might have phimosis

Hello, I have noticed that my foreskin doesn’t retracted all the way which has lead me to think that I might have phimosis. Any tips?

It depends, if you're still able to have sex/masturbate without any issue and you're still able to properly clean under your foreskin then you're probably fine to leave it as is. However, if you aren't able to do those things then definitely see a doctor about it and they'll be able to help. They'd likely either prescribe you a steroid cream that helps loosen up the foreskin if your phimosis isn't that bad or they'll tell you you need a circumcision.

If you don't want to see a doctor about it out of anxiety or whatever then you can try foreskin stretching exercises to help. However of course whatever help the doctor could give you would be much more beneficial than those exercises. All the best!

Look up stretching techniques. Could just be it needs to be stretched a bit. Consult your doctor, could need a steroid cream. But be careful, they might suggest circumcision right away. If you don't have any issues with peeing, masturbation/sex, cleaning it, if there is no pain, or if you don't have ballinitis/ BXO, getting cut isn't necessary.
