7 days after circumcision. Nocturnal erections are causing bleeding every night.

Hello, i'm experiencing nightime efectioms which are causing bleeding every night is rly painful but the bleeding itself is minor and ends quickly. I'm using dressjng every night which seems to help (especially with bmeeding) a bit. My concern is dissolvable stitches, this way I'm stretching them every night, lost few of them already. Should I be concerned about this because stitches should dissolve by themselves or is natural healing process?

its normal, just stand up after getting noctural erection so the erection go away quickly

I had similar experience, it’s nothing to worry about and gets easier after the first couple of weeks. I found emptying my bladder and not drinking a good hour before bed helped and also in the first week or two getting up every 3-4 hours to pee so that the bladder doesn’t fill up.

That first week of night time boners is awful! Day 4-9 were my bad patch and barely slept for a week! I tried frozen peas to reduce erm… swelling … and a bag of frozen peas became my best friend for a week or so! Good luck buddy!
