On the 21st Of June I had one night stand with a male friend to see what it was like but also he slept with a random woman before hand unprotected as well then started having weird symptoms such as constantly feeling sick couldn't eat because of nausea I had join pains and I took a test this week I dunno if it was a 4th generation test but I came out negative after 3 weeks is that enough to be negative if showing symptoms and using 4th generation test ?

Although expensive, seek to have a Nucleic Acid Test performed and that should give you the results. Keep in mind that many factors come into play and if you want to discuss, send me a private note. Please, don't rush into conclusions because worrying can make you feel sick too. Also, see if your friend would be open to taking a test so both of you can see the results. For future reference, there's Post Exposure Prophylaxis that can be taken within 72 hours to prevent possible infection.

He waiting for results as well I think mine 4 weeks exposure so I think 4th generation test duo
