What should I do?

I'm 18 years old. When my penis is erect as it gets wider I cant pull my foreskin down more than half cm under the glans (my penis's body is more wide than the tip). It's good when my penis is not erect.

I have 3 options:

A, Try stretching the skin

B, Apply some kind of topical steroid cream (unsure which brand)

C, See a doctor

Personal opinion: I would get a cream as it's not as serious as phimosis because I can pull my foreskin under my glans. I just don't know what brand.

See a doctor. You're young and have time to think through all of this.. seeing a Dr doesn't mean you have to jump to Circumcision tomorrow... but you can get some informed advise.

You can also try stretching, creams etc. But get some good advise!!

I hid from it for years... and when eventually I did see a Dr was told basically at my age no real options other than a circumcision. I'd tried for years stretching it myself a little... but never worked for me.

Just don't be embarrassed - go ask the Doc.

Most guy who tried stretching always says it never worked for them. I used to advise guys to go for stretching but they all end up with circumcision as the best choice for this.
