Please don't be scared by the following - just my experience and doesn't necessarily mean yours!
So, straight after the op I could pee, but the stream was not strong. At this point, I didn't care!
I contracted a skin infection around the wound and this caused slight swelling, which in turn caused the meatus (the hole) to be blocked and I couldn't go at all. Forcing didn't work either.
Trips to the hospital - they used a children's catheter to remove the blockage but then my fun adventure of going back and forth to the hospital began as my penis swelled as a reaction to the catheters so still could not pee.
Eventually, they fitted me with an in-dwelling catheter for 11 days to let everything heal "well" and allow me to pee. Stream better and has been alright since then.
So, yes, go to the doctor! I think you might have a stricture - a slight twinge in the passageway but they can get it sorted for you!
Hope you don't suffer the complications I did! All the best man
I’m almost 9 weeks out. That peeing was normal don’t worry. I get like an old man stopping and going. The only way I can pee is by standing up and still not an outburst coming out like it is to. But now it’s normal again
