I got circumcised 11months ago and it’s all healed but sometimes fragile. I just masturbated and the skin connected to the tip of my urethra kinda felt like a rip and started bleeding but only bleed for a second. Now the skin that’s connected to the tip is red and hurts when I touch it. What can I do and is it fully healed?

Just monitor it and keep the area clean. I was going to say put a water proof bandaid on it but there should be some air getting to the area so your skin can heal. Just take your time with your sessions next time and try not to pull on the circumcision area.
