I wonder if i am scammed a free hand circumcision to be a ZSR one

I saw some stitches after the removal of dressing on day 3 of circumcision and when I asked about it to the doctor, he said that the ZSR staples would be inside and the stitches outside are for reinforcement (Which itself i couldn't find anywhere about this technique).

It's been 11 days now, the stitches got absorbed and the skin got blend, but i don't see any staples.

When I asked when will the stapler be falling off, he told that they are absorbable stapler, so it would get absorbed from the inside.

These things make me feel suspicious. Is there really a ZSR stapler with absorbable subcuticular staples (I am not able to find one)

How can the metal staples be self absorbed? Sounds suspicious.

Better seek another doctor. I got ZSR too but there is nowhere I have ever heard or seen absorbable staples.
