I used to get a lot of growth before the OP, I went from being small flaccid to large erect, but now I'm just small either way. This is having a huge impact on my self-confidence and I don't know what to do about it. My length just vanished.

I know what u mean. I have diabetes type 2 and ED. I was told by my urologist that losing inches (length) happens with ED and can with diabetes. I’ve lost 2 inches. I use to be over 7 and now I’m lucky to get a good 5. I have been through treatment that actually did help with my ED because now after treatments for several months I can at least get pretty hard without meds. But I still take cialas once in a while but I still haven’t got my length back nor do I think I ever will. It’s discouraging but I have a great wife that is understanding Well I’m sure this didn’t help u but I know how u feel.
