Incision line not fully sewed after circumcison

Hi,

Had a circumcison around 2 months ago now and noticed after a few weeks that on the left side parts of the skin was not fully attached and flapped away slightly on the incision line.

Read up a bit about it and lots of information online says it will heal in due course but I’m approaching 2 months now and not much has changed.

Should I be concerned? Or will it just slowly heal and reattach by itself?

Also is there anyway I should clean it? Dirt and hairs seems to get caught between the gap every so often.

Thanks for any answers
