Black crust under the frenulum

It's been 7 days since my circumcision is it normal to have black crust in the frenulum area?

Have you rinsed/washed your penis yet? Black crust is mostly likely to be dried blood. I would soak it gently in warm salty water - either in a bath or by dipping it in a cup. If that results in some bleeding just apply firm pressure with your thumb and forefinger and dry it off. If it's not dried blood go and see your doctor.
