We've all got veins in the foreskin bro, just some have more prominent looking ones. The doc will probably use something called an electro cauterisation device that seals them off to stop them bleeding. I was terrified before my circumcision but I promise you have nothing to worry about! Good luck

The surgeon will deal with those, and also the lymph vessels in the penis. They usually cauterize (burn) them and/or tie them off. This is part of what causes the post-circ swelling. In time they'll go down and blood/lymph supply will re-route around the penis. All this is based on having a good surgeon do the job, depending on why you're having it done and where your experience might be different.
