Zsr circumcision - blood from one point and not healing

Hi,

I have had zsr circumcision 2.5 weeks back from Dr govinda gupta in Delhi. 2 issues:

1. I still have the foreskin touching the bottom of the glans when flacid. I feel there is extra under skin( Taylor's Rigged bands?) still left which is attached at the bottom of the head. Doesn't look like a normal circumcised Penis. Feels like it's gonna tear up on errection.

2. Due to morning errection, there are 2 points on my ring where bleeding happened. I think one point is healing fine but from the othere there are little drops of blood everytime i remove the gauge.

I am washing it everyday and then dry it well. Post drying I apply anti- bacterial powder prescribed by the doctor.

Just worried what complications might arise
