I I barely feel my glans, I only feel numbness from touching it, no sex or mustarbation yet allowed.
Does it improve in time or it is normal feeling? Uncircumcised guys that undergo the surgery please answer

In my experience yes. I can feel that I'm touching it in terms of pressure and the coronal ridge is still quite sensitive but it's nowhere near as sensitive as it was when I had a foreskin. It's normal when you're circumcised and you should have been made aware of it before your surgery. Still early days though and you're still healing. I wrote about my initial experiences with masturbation and sex here - circdotblog.wordpress.com/2... . I guess it's about finding new ways to enjoy your penis on your own and with your partner.
i have the exact same concern - my assumption is that it's normal and may just take some time getting used to.i keep beating myself up over little things like this during my recovery process, but really all you can do right now is wait.
if, by the end of november, you still have a concern regarding it then i'd suggest just booking a GP appointment to go over any worries you have. i'm only 6 days into my recovery but that's what i plan on doing, just for peace of mind 🙂👍
