How long does the incision area take to heal and also the stitches to completely fell out?

There is no fixed timescale for either of these. You seem to be in a great hurry about everything. Slow down, give your penis time and do not worry.

Just remember that when the visible stitches are gone there's still internal healing to be done. Still abstain from sex and masturbation for the full 4-6 weeks.

On my second surgery the stitches had to be taken out after 15 days, the way they were tied made them impossible to dissolve, but they had to be tied that way because of the swelling I experienced on my first surgery.

I had my surgery on Sept 3rd. I am now 100% healed now 5 weeks later. The only issue I have is some spots on my penis head have no feeling. That is ok and to be expected I am told.
