I have a cluster of flesh colored small bumps on the bottom of my foreskin right underneath the head it's been contained to the one spot and been their for years could it be Fordyce spots? Idk if I'm allowed to post pictures. Also what kind of doctor would I go to, too get it checked out?

You might want to see a dermatologist.

Sounds like pink pearly papules. The doctor needs to confirm this, and he'll probably tell you they are harmless. Getting rid of PPP involves the use of lasers, and is expensive. Fordyce spots are usually whitish yellow not pink or flesh colored and they appear more often on the shaft of the penis not so much on the glans. PPP are not uncommon in uncircumcised males. Anyway see your doctor to be sure.
