Zsr circumcision pins painful

I had zsr 15 days ago, the ring started detaching so I tried cutting the detached ring but the part that was still attached to the skin got a bit pulled and it pricked like hell, please suggest a way out ..a majority of pins are still attached but it is very painful whenever there is a slightest movement

This is a well known complication of the ZSR method. Using sharp pins is bound to cause some discomfort.
