Adult 35 year old day 11 post circumcision

Today is day 11 post circumcision. I had the sign of infection and started on Cephalexin 500mg every 6 hr. It dried the incision in 3 days of taking this. Left side is completely normal now with no swelling. Right side wound is in the process of healing. I am worried about why right side incision seems so different than left. Hopefully this will settle soon. There is a huge no painful swelling under my glan. Also the forskin where it was stitched looks like a huge bump. Not sure if this will come down to normal. Any suggestions?

Also doctor told me to clean my incision with peroxide but i was hesitant to do so as i see many post saying not to use peroxide as this will slow down healing. I have not used it yet though!

Swelling on incision site is quite normal on second week post-op. It can be even on one side only.

Peroxide 1-3% can be used once for example on road rash, if there is sand on it. It will raise the dirt out of the wound. Unfortunately peroxide may delay healing process around 6 hours at once. If you continue to use it several times a day. When the wound can heal?
