Hurting at the penis shaft 3rd week after circumcision

It's been 21 days after my circumcision op. Stitches are somewhat healed but today after erection in morning I am having pain at the shaft area of penis. Why is that . It seems to be internal pain as there is no wound outside? Somebody help in this regard

You need to be examined by a doctor if you have a sudden onset of pain that does not subside.

Is it in the area of the urethra or the selling bodies. I would not be overly concerned but I agree if the pain is persistent you should consult an urologist.
