I had a frenulotomy to solve my short and tethered frenulum. It looks completely healed now its been around 2 weeks. However i noticed a white area around my frenulum now. Its not painful and i can retract my foreskin when erect with no pain. What could it be? I can post a pic if needed. Is it scarring tissue?

It may be scar tissue but if you are worried then get it checked.
