Circumcision infection

Hie l was circumcised 8 days ago and l am starting to notice yellow substances coming out around the stitches is that a sign of infection

Yellowish discharge on wound is quite typical, but it shouldn't have foul smell on it.

It does not have any smells nor pain but l am concerned about the healing process is it going to take too long

Who promised fast healing process to you? The normal healing process takes 6-8 weeks. The wound will heal first on surface, but in deeper tissue level it takes more than 2 months. Scar will develop 18-24 months post-op.

Ohhhhh ohk so its normal to have a wound around stitches they will heal over time
