So i have skin under my frenulum is this normal and its attached to the tip that looks weird it doesnt hurt or anything but i cant retract my skin all the way. PLEASE DONT TELL ME I HAVE TO GET CIRCUMCISED (im 17 btw)

We are all different, but as you describe your frelenium, it doesn’t sounds wrong. A part of the foreskin due the frelenium, is connected to the glance; the tip of the penis. Becouse that, when pulling back your foreskin it will stretch your frelenium until it not will stretch anymore.
