I was diagnosed with phimosis and got circumcised nine days ago. My penis seems to be healing somewhat well, but my now-exposed glans is really sensitive and feels really uncomfortable when touched by anything (which is usually my underwear). About when will this feeling disappear?

I did not wear anything for first 5 days! Then I proceeded with a cricket guard and wore tight briefs over it! It helped to isolate the penis from clothing touch! By day 10-11 the glans were pretty desensitised to touchToday I’m on day 12 i gathered a lot of strength and finally decided to put on tight snug underwear .. first few minutes felt like veryyyy uncomfortable with pricking like sensation but within few hours the sensation settled.
The hard truth is that we have to accustom our glans and tip to the sensation! So i finally wore underwear at day 12 it’s still veryyy tricky situation!!
Also for me the glans have pretty much desensitised the tip is still causing pricking sensation!
If it feels really uncomfortable and especially only being 9 days In you can continue wearing fresh bandages and Vaseline for around 2 weeks from when you was cut changing it twice a day. Lightly tap a clean cotton towel against the glans after a shower will help with getting your glans used up touch. Continue using Vaseline on your penis until the wounds close up then place on cotton underwear tight or loose whatever suits you preferably something supportive wear the underwear without bandages you can then apply moisturises which will be very helpful moistruse it 2 times a day roughly as you go through your day your glans will rub to a certain point that wearing clothes will be tolerable sensitivity will decrease and feel far better as time goes on and the glans gets used to rubbing. When you get the glans moist etc you will be able to enjoy great sensations. Please do moistruse your penis don’t let it dry out and go nasty maintain them sensations inside the glans but it’s your choice but if you allow it to get dry and hard the hard skin will reduce sensations. Maintain the penis keep it looking and feeling great and healthy. Bio oil is amazing but can break the bank so cheaper alternatives are available such as E45 but I found it can be messy so I’d recommend creams such as CeraVe which is great helps keep moisture inside. Bio oil is bloody amazing using it twice a day will keep the glans nice soft moist and hold great sensations to enjoy. Using lube when you use the penis is a must you gotta look after the glans. When you apply creams and moisturisers and place underwear on it will cushion your glans and help keep it looking and feeling the best you may experience some rubbing but keep going and usually your glans will settle and you can walk perfectly fine. If you find that moisturisers feel uncomfortable on your penis when you apply it I suggest to you on washing dry it then apply or if it’s in the middle of the day wash it over the sink with clean warm water with non perfume soap dry and apply bio oil for sn example and your glans will be alright when you apply it as it’s just had water etc poured on it then when you want to enjoy it you’ll love it because you kept great sensations and kept it looking the bomb
Nine days is still early. Tight underwear to keep it still is good, the cricket guard was advised to me, but I found it uncomfortable. Gently introduce pressure, such as jet from shower so you become accustomed to touch.Cocoa butter or coconut oil is good.
