1 week after circumcision (phimosis) I need some advice

Hey guys,I'm on day 8 right now and it's going ok pretty far I guess, I need some advice on showering and when to stop wearing the dressing. Should I avoid getting water on my penis or should I just let it get wet? I also have some dried up blood In the frenulum area and sometimes the dressing gets stuck and it gets hard to remove it,how do I get rid of the dried blood?

Also I don't know if I should continue wearing the dressing or just stop,the sensitivity is bothering me but it's getting kinda better.

My surgeon said to remove the dressing sheet 24-48 hours. Mine fell off after 16 and I didn't redress it. After that the glans scabbed over with a wet yellow-white scab for a few days which loosened off in a hot bath around day 8. A bath or soaking your penis in a cup of warm water is the best option. If you get any bleeding dry the penis off and apply pressure for a few minutes
