swollen skin after circumcision

Im 18 and I got circumsized about 4 weeks ago and all my stiches haven fallen out now. But there is skin below my glands that is like swollen or raised. It almost looks like how it looks to pull your foreskin back. Im wondering if this goes away

Everyone heals at different rates. And your only four weeks in so there’s bound to still be some swelling. Just keep your dick stable and pointing up (in tight underwear or other ways) for a while longer and the swelling should go down.

I'm on day 18. The swelling did not subside by a bit; there's like a donut around my penis head.
