Tight foreskin since I was born.

BeenTightSinceBorn profile image

I'm 19 and have phimosis, type 3 from what I have seen (meatus is visible and foreskin is mobile, but the foreskin hole is too small). I don't have any pain or discomfort but I would like to have a normal penis. I'm not looking for a surgical solution since I've seen nonsurgical methods can be effective for my condition.

I'm interested in manually stretching the foreskin, either with fingers or those flesh tunnels and I want to know if anyone with a similar condition had success using any of these 2 methods.

You will have a greater chance of success if you combine stretching exercises with a steroid cream that your doctor can prescribe.

Bro. I read your comment. I have read many about cercumsicion and research, then i deside to cercumsicion. In your case your foreskin hole is tight right!!

And u unable to pull the skin and can't clean! The glans area. And I'm 101% sure while u have sex u feel to much pain and discomfort.

because your foreskin can't stretch, and If you can't clean your penis glans everyday it produces bacteria and become infected and lead to "penile canser" there is no treatment for tight hole foreskin without surgery. You are like my small brother, I'm 32 year old. Go talk to specialist doctor call "UROLOGIST".

Hidden - I know I am going to be criticised for this, and I realise that English may not be your first language, but it is glans penis, not glance. Sorry!

No bro. It's OK. Actually I have text correction on in my mobile, that's why when click to space it correct the word. Lol. Well thanks for correction. 😊

Yes bro. Text correction function is funny some time. Well bro let's talk about circumcision. Are u circumcised?

none of that is medical fact, rather ignorant personal opinion.

I think BeenTightSinceBorn is doing the right thing by exploring non surgical options. But you do need your doctor involved and use steroid ointment to achieve optimum safe stretching.

I too have phimosis. Cant stretch my foreskin after a certain point when my penis is fully erect. And it pained a lot during sex because my foreskin wasn’t retractable. The exercises and the steroid creams didn’t work for me. I am getting a circumcision done next month. That was my only option.

I’d suggest you should go check with a doctor to see your options down there, and then decide.

Your phimosis should have been diagnosed and cured long ago (at least by the start of puberty).

Hey, I have phimosis to a lesser degree than yourself in as much as I can withdraw the 4skin over my dick head- but it is tight and gets stuck. I also have frenulum breve. I have recently started both active stretching- holding the stretch and for 30-40 seconds and relaxing, repeat multiple times a day combined with passive stretching via the use of a silicone flesh tunnel- this I can leave in place for an hour or so. So far over the past 3 wks I believe change has occurred with the phimotic ring feeling less tight leading to easier masturbation. I am also waiting on a tube of hydrocortisone cream to use in conjunction. Combination of all methods can only help further. good luck.

I couldn’t retract my foreskin until I was 14. I stretched mine in a hot bath. Sit in a bath for a while until your skin gets soft. Then stretch your foreskin back and forth holding it at the tightest point. Once this becomes looser I put my fingers inside and pulled them apart. I also started playing with my foreskin when masturbating pulling it back as far as I could. I don’t have a problem now. Circumcision should only be treated as a very last resort. You could ask your doctors for a steroid cream as well.

Are you able to comfortably retract your foreskin fully now?

Yes right back.

Even during sex? No issues?

Does your foreskin retract when soft?

in reply toIpsquint47

Yes when flaccid. Doesnt when its hard.

You should get erect in a hot bath and pull back as far as you can and hold it there for a while then repeat it a few times. If you have managed to stretch this far keep stretching. You could also try putting your index fingers inside your foreskin and pull them apart. You will feel the tight ring. Stretch the ring.
