Looking to get an opinion, what looks like a small white blister has appeared underneath the foreskin just below the head. its circular and slightly raised but not enough to really call it a true blister. Not painful or anything and its just the one spot.

It would be best to have that looked at. A doctor or sexual health clinic would be able to tell you exactly what it is. A white area can sometimes be a sign of lichen sclerosis
