Bleed because of boner

I’m in day 4 post circumcision, I got a boner while I was sleeping , I could spot few drops of blood after waking up , is this normal ?

As long as its just a few spots of blood and not like a lot, it is totally normal!

What does it mean if its quite abit of blood? Not a lot but definitely more than a few drops. I'm day 8 now first morning bleeding like this also still very swollen.
