Sentivity!!

Hi guys...I am on my 6th week after Circumcision and just want to know how much more time it will take for sensitivity to completely go away , as my glans and frenulum is hyper sensitive at present.

Losing sensitivity post circumcision is something that is different for every guy so it is not possible to say when yours will resolve. If it is difficult to live with it then perhaps you could talk to your doctor to see if there is anything he can prescribe to help.

It’ll take a few more weeks for the sensitivity from the surgery to go away. I had the procedure done June 16th 2020. The sensitivity for me went away at about 8 or 9 weeks. Just give it more time. I was going through the exact same thing.

Thanks man...currently I am on my 7th week...eagerly waiting for my stitches to dissolve and swelling to come done so that I can resume my work..

I was told by my Urologist that the stitches shouldn’t be in any longer than 6 weeks. I had to get 3 stitches removed by week 6 and my last stitch removed week 8. I would suggest getting it removed ASAP. Some stitches won’t dissolve.

My urologist said wait for 12 weeks I.e 90 days and after 90 days he will remove stitches if there are any left...he is saying let it dissolve naturally

Understood, I had one stubborn stitch that wouldn’t dissolve. Turns out it was fusing with my skin and the area had already completely healed. I had to have it removed.

From experience the more you let it rub against things the quicker it will go, the more you protect it the slower. To get it over and done with try wearing loose, rough trousers and no underwear and sleep naked!

Welcome. Been there 🙄 Time to bite the bullet and no gauze IMHO. Got to be honest, regular masturbation helped. Can even do it with no lube now. You'll get there, the rougher you are with it the quicker but it will get there anyway. Enjoy.
