Accidentally Hit My Penis and Now a Little Black and Blue

2.5 weeks recovering from circumcision. I was showering and ran out of hot water yesterday. I hastily tried to dry myself because I was cold and part of the towel hit the very tip of my penis head hard. Hurt like a mother! Part of my penis head became red. But the redness disappeared after several hours.

However, later that day, I noticed my penis mouth/opening area is a tad black/blue. It's a slightly different area from where the redness was. My penis head/opening is not 100% pink like before. I am hoping it just a temporary bruise from getting hit with the towel. It's weird because I would expect the black/blue in the same area that was red.

Every day I experience something that makes me paranoid. This is exhausting.
