Extreme excess foreskin

I have a friend whose foreskin extends about 3 cm past his head. He sometimes retracts it in order to pee and ejaculate, but can do both without retracting. I have also seen pics of foreskins that are 7 or 8 cm long. Unless he has problems cleaning his head, will he experience a problem in the future such as it getting tighter and not being able to pee or ejaculate?

And that friend is you? No need to hide here mate ;). As you said, unless you have problems to full retract your foreskin for cleaning or discomfort during sex then there is no problem at all. Mantaining a good hygiene is instrumental (only lukewarm water, once or twice daily, no more)

Remember, the foreskin is packed with nerve endings and that's what provides so much pleasure when stimulated.
