Swelling under glans. Please help

I started having this swell on the right side of my penis, right below the glans for 2 weeks. Been to the doctor twice and I was prescribed antibiotics both times. I’m afraid of taking too much antibiotics. I was given some cream as well, but the cream only makes my skin feel irritated.

When fully erect the right side foreskin feels tight. What could be the problem? I’ve also had burning sensation after pee while taking antibiotics.

I am sorry but we are not doctors here and the picture does not show swelling. It is also impossible to see tightness. Have you tried an appointment at a sexual health clinic?
