I have been applying Neospirin cream at night as part of the Post op care.

Also, applying Fusidic cream in the day. I see a good progress in the healing post Fusidic. In fact my glans sensitivity has reduced due to Fusidic.

Both of those are antibiotic creams. Perhaps it is the cream element that helps.

I have multiple bandages and fucidin ointment and have to wrap them myself every day. I think most other people here just use the cream though
