Partial circumcision is too tight

I went for a circumcision three weeks ago and the wound has healed 99% but the issue is that the doctor has performed a partial circumcision and while the wound is healing the foreskin cut area has become tighter. The glans won’t come out now. What should I do? I have attached some pics

You will still have swelling which may account for the tightness. Be patient and if it does not resolve in a month or two - or causes you problems - see a doctor or your surgeon. Take care.

I had this same issue, couldn't even retract my glans when Flacid, which I could have done easily before op. The doc ended up doing a revision as we were not happy with the results, felt I was the unluckiest guy in the world to get this done twice, especially after fully healing up.

Sorry to hear. That is a risk of partial cut of foreskin especially if the cut line is direct vertical incision on glans. If the incision line is more slanted (more foreskin cut off on dorsal side than ventral) it may retract easily right after the operation. The incision line is like tight rubber band first 3-4 months and may then get loosened. I hope you won't get infection under foreskin before that.
