Is it normal for my foreskin to bunch up when I retract it?

I’m 16yo make and whenever I pull my foreskin back it bunches up near the bottom of the glans. Is that normal or should I see a doctor? Also when ever I pull my foreskin back I never get fully erect when attempting to.

If your foreskin is too tight to get past the corona of the glans then that is a condition called phimosis nhs.uk/conditions/phimosis/

Yes it’s normal for it to bunch up but if it feels uncomfortable and painful to retract it when hard and flaccid then you need to do some foreskin stretching exercises and once you can finally pull it back, don’t stop there. Always stretch it when showering or pissing so your foreskin won’t tighten up again.

You don’t have to spend a lot of time on it just five minutes everyday in the shower and once it’s easy just stretch it every once in a while and even when masturbating so it doesn’t get stiff

Bunching up is quite normal. If you'd prefer a greater range of retraction, you can lengthen your frenulum by regular and frequent stretching exercises.

Are your erections strong with your foreskin covering the glans?
