I think you can try to keep your foreskin retracted all the time. Then your glans get used to friction. It is a slow process, but worth to try, if you want to keep away from medication.
Hi as S2BC said if you try to keep your foreskin retracted as much as possible. this may be difficult to do but it should help. it will take a bit of time and be uncomfortable for you also but gradually it will desensitize.
Try keeping you penis exposed/retracted in underwear shorts etc. and you will lose a bit of sensitivity after time. Try the edging technique.
