No pain at all, penis shape and size looking amazing than before. But the sperm was fully in liquid form and there was no thickness at all in sperm. Is that worrying thing?

I've had similar experience in the past where, due to surgery, I wasn't allowed to orgasm for a couple weeks. My first orgasm was much thinner than usual. But subsequent ejaculations were right back to normal.

I don't see why not - it didn't stop me lol. Your next load will probably be perfectly normal - mine was.

If this swelling came about or increased after the first masturbating then avoid doing it again until your body settles down (2-3 days). In any case not a bad idea to wait 1-2 days and avoid stressing your body as it’s still healing.

Swelling that I mentioned in question is there post surgery and decreasing day by day gradually.

You don’t mention age, not needed. I would not worry. Give it time. Aging for me did decrease amount, that’s me.

Yes, aging does that too. The amount, and thickness of semen is reduced. In your case it could be your body held onto the semen for too long due to lack of sexual activity and release, and the sperm were dying, and the liquid reabsorbed. Sounds disgusting doesn't it? What I am saying is you need to relieve your load regularly or end up with thin watery semen as a result of abstinence. You only need one sperm to cause the conception of a child, something I have avoided most of my sexual life.
