HOW much recovery time needed for the person who had total phimosis and got ZSR circumcision ???

There really isn’t much to be scared of with a circumcision. You don’t need to be given a potentially dangerous general anaesthetic as a local is all that is required for the short, external procedure.

Any teen or adult circumcision usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to be fully healed. However you shouldn’t need more than a week off work/education after it and the majority of the healing will be done in the first 4 weeks.

The above can only be an average estimate as everyone is different, so there will be variations.

Perhaps look for alternatives to circumcision such as prepuceplasty?
