4 week after circumcision

It's been 4 week after my circumcision. I had both ureter stone removal and circumcision at a time. This is situation now does it healed well there still some stitches around not falling off. The main problem is while it gets erect I can see some tear or skin and particularly at one place where there is still a stitch. Pls give me suggestions I am really worried.

I think you can ask your local healthcare professional to remove last stitches. You can support the wound with skin adhesive tape too.

Talk with your doctor about getting the remaining stitch(es) removed now and the apparent tear.

I removed my own stitch after 20 days. Doctor said they should have come out already and I didnt want to wait so I removed them myself. Hurt real bad taking them out but only took ten minutes or less. If you think you can cut them yourself and pull them out I would say go for it. If it looks like your doctor needs to fix something I would go in like the others recommended.
