Zsr is quite safe and neat.

I would still say ALWAYS go with traditional method. Sutures! Secondly, as best doc pocket permits.

Result will be far better after an year or so.

Traditional free hand circumcision requires a good surgery skill if you are looking to circumcised for cosmetic/body modification.

Newer tools like ZSR not only give superior cut in less time but also has sutureless ring that ensures less scarring and bumb creation when heals.

Even laser circ will give bad scarring. Only superior cut is with zsr.
