The head of my penis is not covered by foreskin. When I was a little kid foreskin was cover the head. I am now 20 and I don't know why that is since I have no recollection of ever being circumcised. I remember having foreskin cover the head but for the longest time I the head has been uncovered.

Penis looks circumcised but I'm not
Foreskins come in all lengths. A mate of mine has a foreskin that barely covers half of the glans and he has not been circumcised.
i think that means you have a normal foreskin
That is not unusual. Nothing to worry about.
You are lucky. There is less chance of having naturally circumcised penis. Now you can maintain good hygiene.
Even for me foreskin was covered only 30% of my gland.I did wrong decision of circumcision for mild balanitis. Now I regret for scar and cosmetic issues after circumcision.
There is no way you would have been circumcised as an older boy/teen/adult without knowing it for certain!
Foreskins come in all sizes. In a little boy the foreskin usually fully covers the glans and hangs on beyond. As one passes through puberty the foreskin tends to reduce in length relative to the glans and so you have either no glans coverage (very good) of only just fully covered (ok).
Having no foreskin coverage will give you 90% of the benefits of being circumcised without having to actually have the operation.
You probably have a naturally short foreskin and as your dick grew, it didn’t cover as much of the head. Don’t worry bout it.
The only thing I'd be concerned about is if your foreskin is developing phimosis or paraphimosis. If not, you are one of the lucky ones having best of both worlds.
You may be one of the lucky ones.
When you went through puberty, your penis outgrew your foreskin.
Can you pull some skin over the glans?
