I am still having swelling and no change from day 2.
Stitches on frenulum have fallen.
I am worried about yellow thing on my frenulum.

Swelling will last for few more weeks and even up to 2 months for some . The yellow thing on your frenulum is most likely scab which will gradually fall off as you have warm baths. It's part of the recovery efforts by the body. Don't attempt to peel it off and keep the area dry at all times . All the best !

Doc prescribed a cream to apply then how come to put it dry.

Did your doctor think that that area might be infected? That may be why he prescribed the ointment. Follow the doctor’s instructions in using that. Don’t worry about the swelling. It takes some guys up to a year to finally get rid of it!

Then until it reduces should I bare the pain caused by it rubbing with clothes

It is likely that most pain will subside when your wound is completely healed.

I think that you are really looking at time. I hope it is not too long for you.
Hey man I have the same thing. A lot of pus or whatever it is. I’m on day 14 now and a lot of it has gone away so I think it’s normal.

I think it will heal to scar. It looks like you have povidone iodine on there too. Betadine 10% (100mg/ml) is a bit too strong for every day use on wound. You can dilute it with tap water first (1 part betadine and 9 parts of water).
There is saying that area where frenulum was will heal slowly right? Are you wearing underwear now?
