A doctor will be able to tell you for certain what’s needed. Hoping you will be able getting an appointment soon.

If it keeps tearing that means you definitely need an intervention . If it's mild maybe steroid ointments can help but since you say it keeps tearing , a doc can give you the best advice on what to do next. I would go meet one as soon as possible as repeated tearing and healing will lead to scarring which in itself is another complication that had to be dealt with separately. All the best !

I kept having this issue for a while before I consulted my doctor and was referred to a urologist. The urologist recommended a frenulotomy which was done and it cleared up the issue. This process pretty much cuts the frenulum and removes it.

I also ended up having foreskin tightness afterwards. So I ended up getting a full circumcision. I would definitely see a urologist and discuss your options. Since everyone situation is different.

Out of general interest, which one do you prefer? IM 17 and I recently had to choose between circumcision and chopping the frenulum and I decided to get a full circumcision. Im finding that the C is a lot more comfortable in a weird way (a lot more nicer to clean and piss) but is an absolute bitch to masturbate with. I still haven’t came since the surgery no matter what I do.

Was the F as painful as the C?

What were the differences?

So when u have full circumcision the frenulum is always removed?

You don’t necessarily need a circumcision, but you definitely need to see a doctor about your recurrent frenulum tears.

Your urologist can recommend whether removal of the frenulum or just lengthening would be appropriate. You don't necessarily need a circumcision for that unless it's something you want along with the frenulum correction. My urologist never gave me the choice of removing my frenulum during my circumcision, so I still have it. It pulls quite a bit when fully expanded and I kind of wished it had been removed also.
